after 90 days RUBBER BLENDING OPERATOR SUMMARYUnderstand all
aspects of blending rubber, like the weighing and mixing of
ingredients. RUBBER BLENDING OPERATOR ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be
- Operator should be trained or have knowledge on the basic
chemical operations, like the weighing and mixing of
- Operate rubber processing machine; check weights, temperatures,
flow rates, and pressures on all components.
- Start-up procedure to run the banbury.
- Understand the pressures and temperatures as well as amperage
and flow of the material within.
- Operate and safely run the rubber mills.
- Correctly pack and label rubber products with correct lot
numbers and Mooney viscosities.
- Position forks, lifting platform, or other lifting device
under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, boxes, products, and
transport load to designated area.
- Unload and stack material by raising and lowering lifting
- Operator must be able to read, understand and follow Quality

OPERATOR QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or general education
degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or
training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Forklift experience preferred. RUBBER BLENDING OPERATOR LANGUAGE
SKILLSAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions, short
correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on- one and small
group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the
organization. RUBBER BLENDING OPERATOR MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility
to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure,
using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. RUBBER
BLENDING OPERATOR REASONING ABILITYAbility to apply common sense
understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral
instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few
