a(an) Part Time Nuclear Medicine Technologist ( Tech ) for our team

Summary and Qualifications What you will do in this role: Performs
all Nuclear Medicine procedures according to established policies
and procedures, methods and standards to provide quality patient
care. DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO: - ·Document patient
information and perform other non-clinical duties to support
procedure completion. - ·Greet and identify correct patient and
provide a brief explanation of requested procedure to ensure
patient care and patients’ right to know. - ·Perform all aspects of
radiopharmaceutical preparation for scintigraphy, bioassay, and
therapeutic procedures and disposes of radioactive trash according
to department policy and Nuclear Regulatory Commission standards. -
·Perform imaging and therapeutic procedures according to
requirements. - ·Perform non-clinical activities pertinent to
equipment maintenance and NRC regulations for Quality Control and
radiation monitoring. - ·Maintain appropriate supplies and a clean,
organized work environment. - ·Participate in continuing education
activities to expand/enhance knowledge of Nuclear Medicine. -
·Perform other duties as required. - ·Must read, understand, and
adhere to all Physician Services policies and procedures. -
·Practice and adhere to the Code of Conduct and Mission and Value
Statement. What you need for this role: EDUCATION: - ·Graduate of
accredited school of Nuclear Medicine. EXPERIENCE: - ·Experience in
Nuclear Medicine (may include experience in formal NM formal
training program) - ·Prefer three years’ experience in nuclear
medicine department. CERTIFICATION/LICENSE: - ·Required to be
registered by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Or
Certified Nuclear Medical Technologist Supporting HCA Healthcare's
