, designed to develop confident, high-performing Sales Executives.
You don’t need years of quota-carrying sales experience to succeed

lower base salary role by design, paired with strong bonuses,

win here are the ones who lean in. Requirements: What You’ll Do
During the Training Program You’ll spend your training period
learning the business inside and out while actively preparing to
close your first deal. Learn AB Global’s products, services, and
Gold Standard approach Master our sales process, tools, CRM, and
outreach sequences Build confidence in discovery, demos, and
solution-based selling Understand compliance, industry regulations,
and client pain points Prospect, follow up, and begin building your
own pipeline Work closely with leadership, sales mentors, and
support teams Once training is complete or upon your first closed
deal, you’ll transition into a quota-carrying Sales Executive tier
aligned to your experience and performance. What Happens After
