Lucid Job DescriptionLucid Diagnostics, a subsidiary of PAVmed Inc. (Nasdaq: PAVM), has developed a revolutionary technology as a non-invasive, office based, targeted esophageal cell collection device (EsoCheck) and a lab-based DNA biomarker test (EsoGuard) to detect precursor conditions to the highly lethal esophageal cancer. Lucid's technology was highlighted in the National Cancer Institutes 2020 Annual Plan and Budget Proposal as one of the years significant advanced in cancer prevention and has been shown to be highly accurate at detecting Barrett's esophagus and other known precursors to esophageal cancer in a published study. Additionally Lucid Diagnostics received the FDA breakthrough device designation.We are currently seeking experienced independent (1099) sales representativesto drive commercialization, promotion, and training to gastroenterologists andtheir referring physician network.JOB SUMMARY -Responsible for sales promotion and service of all Company productswithin assigned geographic territory, while acting as resource to otherTerritory Managers and management.Essential Duties and Responsibilities----------------Develop and maintain keyphysician and hospital and ASC contacts to achieve corporate objectives whileservicing the customer to meet their needs.----------------Consistently achieveand/or exceed individual sales goals assigned by regional management usingpersuasive communication and effective selling skills.----------------Keep up-to-date on allproduct, clinical and procedural knowledge as it relates to the products beingsold within a specific territory.----------------Effectively manageassigned territory through sales activities such as territory analysis,prospects, growing and maintaining existing accounts, and trials/evaluations.----------------Maintain business climateawareness and industry knowledge in order to implement successful salesstrategies.----------------Ensure a superiorcustomer service orientation with each account.----------------Maintain the highestlevel of professionalism at all times both externally with customers andinternally with Company employees.----------------Provide ongoinginformation to sales management and Marketing on all competitive activities andproduct introductions or evaluations through the respective geographicboundaries.----------------Report all weekly salesactivities via call reports to regional business manager and home office.----------------Maintain specificaccount knowledge within assigned territory such as: key decision makers ineach department, department hierarchy, products used and how they are used,company products and competitor's products, and hospital programs.QUALIFICATIONS -The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge,skill or ability required.--Education and Experience----------------Bachelor Level of Degreein a Business, Marketing or related field of study----------------Equivalent work relatedexperience acceptable in lieu of degree----------------5 years of demonstratedexperience in medical device sales preferred----------------Must have a proven trackrecord of sales successSkills/Knowledge----------------Proficient in thefollowing computer software applications: Microsoft Office----------------Exceptionalinterpersonal skills.----------------Strong organizationalskills.----------------Strong communicationskills (written and verbal).CompensationThe Representative shall earn commissions each time that both anEsoGuard assay is completed on, and a patient report is generated with respectto, a viable human sample that has been returned to the Company's laboratory bya customer using the Product, in each case as a result of the Representative'sServices at the site associated with such customer's Account. Commissions shallbecome earned and payable to the Representative thirty (30) days following thelast day of each month in which the Company receives viable human samples fromcustomers in accordance with this Agreement.
