This role is responsible for creating reports and providing financial reporting and insight to support the decision-making and strategic planning of the VIPRE North America Sales management team. This position will be a key contact for the Head of Sales and Support regarding logistics, sales and retention performance. The Sales Ops Specialists will review data and provide meaningful visualization and dashboards that clearly articulate complex data in a consumable format. In addition, this position will focus on the logistics of the office, handling support and coordination of operational responsibilities to ensure an efficient and professional work environment. We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialists who can provide strategic consultation and expertise across the sales organization for continuing growth and development. Responsibilities Reports and analyzes revenues and revenue-related metrics to support management decision making. This includes develop and publish reporting and analytics, implement a validation process, and provide user-friendly outputs for Sales to ensure the goals of the organization are met. Help efforts to increase reporting efficiency and effectiveness, including documenting deliverables, project plan and communication. Train team members on reporting tools. Completes daily, weekly and month-end reporting of key performance indicators for Sales leadership team, including analysis of key performance metrics to help management evaluate success of sales and retention team pilots and initiatives. Define and track appropriate key performance indicators to measure the efficiency of process and strategic business enhancements. Assists Salesforce development team in creating technical solutions, tools, views and dashboards. Analyzes and maintains various customer and/or sales territory data to ensure optimal sales rep coverage. Collaborate with other business functions (product, marketing, finance) to drive alignment around business goals and reporting data. Performs ad hoc reporting and analysis to support the sales teams. Builds data visualizations that provide meaningful insight into large and complex datasets. Oversee and coordinate all of the offices' operational activities including communicating effectively with staff, suppliers and clients. Manage front desk operations and appearance of our reception area Manage the front lobby. Greet vendors, customers and visitors in a courteous and helpful manner. Be the primary point of contact for all office/facility related issues and questions. Ensure proper maintenance and stocking of conference rooms, supply rooms and common areas. Manage ordering of food, snacks and supplies for the office. Receive, coordinate and distribute mail. Handle the logistics of the Mail Center. The Sales Operations Specialist oversees all office related tasks and projects and acts as the ultimate VIPRE advocate, setting the tone for a positive working environment, while also being able to set firm boundaries and reinforce efficient processes that keep things working smoothly for all. Other duties and projects as needed. Skills Strong level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams. Salesforce experience Experience using Tableau or a similar data visualization program Strong slide-building, storytelling, and presentation skills (e.g., using PowerPoint or Google Slides) Ability to dig into raw data and surface actionable insights in support of business growth and key company decisions Positive relationship building and interpersonal skills Strong problem solving, judgment, and organizational skills. Proactive and able to perform well against ambitious deadlines. Capacity to grasp and learn complex concepts quickly and independently. Hardworking multi-tasker. Naturally curious about how organizations scale. Utmost level of attention to detail. Highly focused, able to execute on one-off projects as well as on routine tasks. Position Requirements: Education equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Mathematics or related field or the equivalent in related work experience. Five or more years' experience in sales operations, performing financial or statistical analysis, or equivalent related work experience. Ability to handle confidential information. Excellent oral and written communication skills that effectively communicate with employees, customers, and specified project personnel. Experience in IT services and/or related business preferred, but not required. #J2CloudServices
