Residential Construction Estimator
- Experienced and detail-oriented Residential Construction
Estimator needed.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for residential construction
projects.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and scopes to determine
materials, labor, and equipment requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and
subcontractors for information gathering.
- Conduct thorough quantity takeoffs and cost breakdowns.
- Source pricing information to ensure competitiveness and
accuracy.
- Utilize construction estimating software and tools for
efficiency- BuilderTrend.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market rates.
- Review subcontractor bids, negotiate pricing, and select
qualified subcontractors.
- Monitor project costs and support the project team.
- Proven experience as a Residential Construction Estimator.
- Proficient in construction estimating software.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Competitive
