Job Description:

We are currently seeking a FT Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) for one of our locations in the Clearwater area. Candidate must have the ability to work independently on complex and confidential tasks.

Job Duties:

Complete psychosocial assessments, collaborate with the mental health team in diagnosing and treatment planning of patients, act as a liaison between medical staff and patient, respond immediately to urgent/emergent requests for assistance by medical/mental health staff members, conduct chart reviews, provide group psychotherapy counseling sessions when required, place patients on or clears patient from metal health statuses. This list of duties is not intended to be all-inclusive and additional functions and responsibilities maybe added as deemed necessary.

Requirements:

Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work or related field. One (1) year of experience over and beyond schooling and externship.

Current CPR/ACLS Certification and a valid FL driver's license.

Hours:

Forty (40) hours per week. May require five (5) eight (8) hour shifts per week OR seven (7) twelve (12) hour shifts every two (2) weeks as assigned.
