Job Description:

Help manage the governance of MCA which includes tracking system enhancements required for CISO, working with OTRC, day to day inputting of data controls for QRA and ARA, ARCM Enhancements, Regulatory Mappings, Dependency and CRM.
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for analysis of MCA ARCMs (Activities, Risk, Control, and Monitoring) as it relates to CISOs (AU) Assessment Units
• Responsible for updating all procedural documentation that is associated with CISO's MCA
• Ensure all data elements are inputted into the MCA system (GRC) for all of CISO's MCA procedures
• Business-partner with relevant operational, embedded, IS and other relevant parties
  Work with business-partners and risk officers to identify and document key risks and processes and ensure proper monitoring and testing
• Work with our Operation Risk Partners to ensure MCA content (ARCMs) is updated appropriately
• Additional ad hoc risk and compliance support
• Ensure provided service achieve Customer satisfaction
• Complete all tasks in connection with the organizations activity but not detailed in the current job description, assigned by the direct manager, supervisor, or the functional head
  Provide support for Audit related inquiries
• Facilitate and manage IS independent testing (MCA) as well as work with 2nd line of defense (ORM) to ensure all MCA processes are updated accordingly
• Automation efforts for MT evidence collection
• Management of New AUs Qualifications:
  o Bachelors degree (Masters degree preferred) or equivalent experience
  o 5 years of relevant experience
  o Additional technical certifications are preferred o Experience with a risk application tool such as GRC is desired
  o Demonstrated ability to research and apply current information regarding the IS field o Ability to manage projects, expectations and maintain key relationships
  o Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Some external communication may be necessary
  o Proven influencing and relationship management skills
