Career Business Analyst

Collects and organizes specified data from various sources, which
may include Career subject matter experts, CRM reports, agency
business plans, leads, sales and budgetary reports and other
Review collected data for trends and outliers present to Career
management highlighting production, recruiting, sales,
earnings/profits, contest results or other specified parameters and
Identifies potential items and offers suggestions to resolve issues
identified by data analysis.
Creates detailed reports of data and analytical findings as
scheduled (monthly, quarterly, annually) and clearly communicates
them to management.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Job Requirements
Associates degree in business and or related experiences
Knowledge of the insurance industry and terms
Prior experiences in data review and analysis
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Adept with basic research methods.
Ability to think analytically.
Mastery of basic math and statistics.
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation-style
Ability to create visual descriptions of findings and present them
to staff at varying levels in the organization.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to collaborate with the managerial staff of various
Excellent organizational skills.
