Job Description:

We're looking for a Solar PV Installer to be part of our growing solar team. Candidates with a great attitude and positivity are important to maintaining our culture of teamwork and cooperation. Responsibilities:
--- Layout, assembly, and installation of solar arrays and mounting hardware
--- Assist electrician with electrical wiring and conduit installation
--- Able to climb up and down ladders
--- Willing to travel anywhere in the state to job sites
--- Stay overnight to complete jobs if necessary
--- Be on time and ready to work
--- Follow safety program and attend safety meetings
--- Work weekends as needed

Qualifications:
--- Able to pass a background check
--- Possess a valid driver's license
--- 1+ year solar installation experience preferred
--- Possess excellent customer service skills
--- Ability to work well with others
--- Open to learning new techniques and developing new skills
--- A positive attitude is a must!
