Job Description:

A software development company has a current position open for a Remote Principal Deal Desk Consultant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Providing guidance to sales and management on the financial implications of terms
Evaluating deal economics, commercial terms and conditions, operational requirements and non-standard structuring requests
Facilitating structuring and execution of transactions while optimizing for customer experience
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

Ability to foster and maintain strong relationships with sales and internal departments
10+ years of combined experience in deal desk, finance, legal, sales operations, revenue operations, or equivalent roles
Experience in SaaS is essential
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate and influence at a senior level
Strong ability to translate customer needs into Commercial deal constructs that yield a Win/Win outcome
High level of deal modeling proficiency (excel/sheets) in support of creative deal structuring
