Description:
SUMMARYPerform tasks that relate to the testing and inspection of
Incoming, In-process and Final goods and materials to ensure that
they conform to customer requirements and WHK standards. Maintain
the accuracy of all controlled documentation and provide support to
upper management by performing the following duties. ESSENTIAL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may
be assigned.Assist in the calibration of measurement tools and
equipment by utilizing the GagePack calibration database. Print a
list of gages due for calibration at designated times. Perform
internal calibrations where applicable. Assist in coordinating
third party calibrations with vendors.Complete and maintain
inspection sheets in accordance with cGMP and ISO13485:2016.Prepare
Certifications for shipments.Perform weekly and daily Environmental
monitoring of the Cleanroom.Perform WHK internal audits. Assist the
Quality Manager to prepare for customer audits and third party
audits.Assist the Quality Manager in processing rejects and returns
by utilizing Epicor ERP.Assist the team in problem solving to
identify root causes and corrective actions/preventive
actions.Assist in creating and revising assembly procedures.Assist
in identifying and implementing areas for quality control
improvement.Communicate quality or compliance concerns with

this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each

EXPERIENCEA minimum of five years' Quality Control experience in
the Medical Device is required. Must be able to interpret
blueprints in accordance with ANSI Y14.5. Must have a strong
knowledge of ISO 13485 and other quality systems. LANGUAGE
SKILLSMust possess the ability to express thoughts clearly, both
verbally and in written context. Must have strong knowledge in
working with the MS Office Suite. MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAn
understanding of all basic mathematical skills. REASONING
ABILITYShould be familiar with the different processes required to
process materials through a manufacturing environment. This
knowledge would help the individual to be able to install necessary
inspection points throughout the manufacturing operations. PHYSICAL
