Performs outbound calls to customers to increase sales through
direct and indirect marketing calls and order placement.
Communicates current rebate specials and promotions to entice
customer to purchase.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required
Provides customers and potential customers with information about
Tech Data, our Business Partners, and Reseller Services.
Capitalizes on sales opportunities by placing direct orders and
making timely follow up calls to customers for order entry.
Prepares Reports, tracking the results of campaigns.
Follows up with Sales, determining the status of quotes.
Utilizes applications to place quotes and order entries, determines
product information and helps in opportunity tracking and customer
Gathers marketing feedback and creates campaign reporting to
include follow-up sales calls.
Generates a detailed database of all telemarketing calls to track
reseller feedback and comments.
