Innovate to solve the world's most important challengesAs an Assembly Test Tech Level 1 here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for performing assembly and testing of products, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer requirements. Your attention to detail and technical skills will contribute to the overall success of our operationsIn this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our assembly and testing processes, ensuring that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES--- 2nd shift 2:30pm-11:00pm Monday - Friday
--- Perform assembly and testing of products according to work instructions and quality standards.
--- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the assembly and testing process.
--- Conduct inspections and tests to ensure products meet customer requirements.
--- Maintain accurate records of test results and product performance.
--- Work with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement.
--- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.

US Citizen Requirements
Due to US export control laws, candidate must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements
--
YOU MUST HAVE--- High school diploma or GED equivalent.--- Circuit board assembly experience--- Experience assembling under a microscope in a manufacturing environment
--- 6 months of soldering experience
--- Basic knowledge of bonding/epoxies
--
WE VALUE--- Technical certification or vocational training in a related field.
--- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
--- Fiber Optics Knowledge
--- Knowledge of quality control ethics and practices.
--- Strong problem-solving skills.
--
