A company is looking for a Medicare Inbound Call Center Representative.



Key Responsibilities:

Handle 30-40 inbound calls daily from members in a fast-paced inbound call center environment
Record details of inquiries, comments or complaints, transactions, or interactions, and take appropriate action
Escalate unresolved and pending customer grievances


Required Qualifications:

3 years of customer service experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Teams
Prior experience managing multiple priorities and using multiple computer applications simultaneously
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Prior inbound call center or related customer service experience preferred
