Job Description:

You will assemble and inspect product to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers. You will be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. You will set up and monitor the production of product in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production and quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• 1st shift-- 6:00am - 2:30pm-- Monday - Friday
  
• NO more than 3 Internal Escapes within a 12 month period
  
• Recognize and action part shortages
  
• Recognize / identify --and escalate part and process defects
  
• Participate/Understand RPS/RCCA processes
  
• Participate in Tier meeting discussions
  
• Follow all the 8 Honeywell Behaviors
  
• Complete Basic Rework (only to their level of experience and skill)
  
• Able to flex in different operations and complete different tasks
  
• Tier 1 reports (understand reports/impacts) (Action Rail/Aged WIP)
  
• Follow all 5S Honeywell principles
  U.S. Citizen REQUIREMENTS
  
  Must be US Citizen due to contractual requirements--YOU MUST HAVE
  
  
  • High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
    
  • 1+ years experience as an Assembler II
    
  • J-Std solder certification
