Job Description:
*SUMMARY:*
Janitorial needed for Florida Commercial Care, Inc. We are looking
for energetic individuals who pride themselves in putting in a good
day's work, problem solving, scheduling, and taking care of
equipment.
*DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* To operate a backpack blower to blow all debris from store
fronts, sidewalks, parking lots, and walkways on assigned
commercial properties
* To change assigned trash bags in front of customer stores.
* While operating a backpack blower you will be expected to take
care of it and maintain it.
* Maintain a polite, friendly, responsive demeanor with guests,
customers, and co-workers.
* Other duties as assigned.
*Requirements:*
- Ability to lift 40lbs
- Attention to detail
