East Ste 105 Clearwater, FL 33756. Retirement Plan Advisor's
schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.Your Mission as
Retirement Plan Advisor:Be the connection between our institutional
clients and our firm.Support the vision, values, positive culture,
and team spirit.Develop long-lasting client relationships.Conduct
client meetings and be able to lead our clients through our
Fiduciary process.Oversee the coordination of the Retirement Plan
engagement process and work closely with all personnel involved for
support and implementation.Some of our Retirement Plan Advisor's
duties and responsibilities:Coordinate, schedule, and present at
education and trustee meetingsDevelop and assemble 401(K) education
meeting presentations using PowerPointPrepare paperwork for
retirement plan reviews and plan conversionsCollaborate with the
team to maintain investments within a fund-tracking systemPrepare
and deliver quarterly monitoring reports to retirement plan sponsor
clientsAnswer retirement plan participant phone and email
inquiriesCoordinate with plan record-keepers, third-party
administrators, and other vendorsMake investment suggestions to
retirement plan participants based on their individual goals and
objectivesProvide employee enrollment and education meetingsProvide
Marketing RPS through various channels (print, digital, etc.)Manage
content delivery through Provise's marketing/communications process
through website, social media, podcast, etc.Manage retirement
software applicationsFollow and subscribe to industry-specific
research and keep up on trendsRequired experience and
qualifications:Professional Retirement Plan Designation such as
Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA) or Accredited Investment
Fiduciary (AIF ) is preferred.Series 65 or 66 requiredCFP
designation or willingness to obtain is strongly preferredA basic
understanding of corporate retirement plansAn understanding of
investments and financial planningPrevious experience providing
retirement plan consulting in either a brokerage firm, investment
advisory practice, or other financial institutionStrong educational
background or equivalent professional experience conducive to
providing advice and educating/servicing retirement plan
participantsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite
requiredFamiliarity with Investment Policy Statements, Investment
Review Checklists, and basic aspects of ERISA (Employee Retirement
Income Security Act) a plusPreferred soft skills and personality
traits:Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and
listening)Demonstrate personal integrity, honesty, and can deal
with confidential informationGroup presentation skillsAttention to
detail and self-motivatedAbility to deal with stress in an
ever-changing investment market and financial services
industryExcellent time management and organizational skills, and
the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and anticipate potential
problemsOffered salary and other compensation:Based on your
experience and performance record, we offer a base salary of
$50,000 to $70,000 plus additional bonuses (10% to 15% of the
yearly salary). We also offer:STD and LTD,Medical, dental and
