Are you ready to help us make the future? This position will collaborate with the lead and principle Sub-Contracts Specialists, to drive the end to end cycle of FAR15 proposals and subcontracts. The process starts with the proposal and winning the sales order, then ends with negotiating subcontracts or long-term purchase orders with suppliers. Throughout, the Senior Subcontract Specialist will deliver compliant FAR15 packages to the US Government, work closely with the Honeywell Pricing Organization and partner with the Honeywell Business Units to fulfill subcontracts aligned with program awards. Key Responsibilities

• Detailed understanding of DoD Procurement Life Cycle
• DoD procurement subcontracting experience (FAR15)
• Build strong negotiation positions for contracts and execute upon those YOU MUST HAVE
  • 3+ years' experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, L&C, Business, or Finance WE VALUE
    • Experience with Federal Acquisitions Regulations and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations
    • Strong Negotiation Skills and Processes
    • Supply chain experience
    • Procurement experience within aerospace technologies or similar industries
    • Experience managing subcontracts FFP, CP, CPIF, etc.
    • Experience with Truthful Cost or Pricing Data (TCPD)
    • Ability to negotiate terms and conditionsDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S. Additional Information
