The Role You Will Play to Create Success We are excited to announce our search for a full-time Human Resources Generalist! In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the FrankCrum business everyday by providing best practice information to client owners and managers regarding various types of employee relations issues, employment regulations, and wage and hour topics. Daily responsibilities include: Advises clients with employee relations issues by analyzing circumstances, anticipating problems, considering Federal, state and local laws, and then recommending steps for successful resolution. Advises clients in the development and maintenance of employee handbooks, job descriptions, and policies and procedures. Advises clients regarding recruitment and termination practices. Maintains awareness of the changes in Federal and state employment laws and how the laws affect the PEO and the client. Assists in processing EEOC and wage claims including composing a response and gathering and analyzing related documentation. Assists clients and departments with various needs including questions regarding child labor law and FLSA issues. Assists in the sales process by meeting with prospective clients to demonstrate the company's human resource expertise. Addresses SSN mismatch issues by communicating with clients and employees to obtain resolution. Assists in the preparation of the client newsletter. Prepares and files the EEO-1 report. The Attributes We Seek Keys to success in this position include exceptional customer service and communication skills, a Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, two years of advanced Human Resources experience, and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
