This is the GO TO person to get things done position.Corban OneSource is one of the oldest Mid-Market Human Resources Outsourcing companies in the U.S. with clients in 45+ states.     • Keeps client, Corban team and vendors on track and manages communications with all parties involved for successful implementation. Currently implementing 3 clients a month.
    • Assists with transition to Corban ongoing service to team.
    • Acts as first point of contact for client escalations and brings in appropriate teams for quick and final resolution.
    • Assists or prepares client correspondence as needed
    • Ability to work with internal and external clients on relationship building.
    • Handle CRM tool tickets and cases.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
      • Must be DETAIL oriented
      • Have great client management skill
      • Ability to support clients in the Pacific Time Zone (PST)
      • 3+ years related Implementation Client support
      • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
      • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
      • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
      • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal relationship and communication skills.
      • Strong critical thinking skills and discipline to deliver complete and accurate results.
      • Ability to deal with clients and employees in an efficient and professional manner.
      • Ability to multi-task and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
      • Exceptionally resourceful and detailed-oriented.
      • Effective work skills - conscientious, persistent, resourceful, productive and active.
      • Experience using ADP Workforce Now is a plus
