HighpointReports to: Human Resources Director Job Summary: Under
the direction of the HR Director, this position works independently
and is responsible for providing recruitment services for the
employment of directors, managers, providers and administrative
support employees, clinical and ancillary support employees. Duties
may include but are not limited to:
- Serves as the hiring liaison between Human Resources and
internal hiring managers
- Create reports and maintains an accurate count and status of
open positions
- Keeps Human Resources Director informed of all recruiting
activities
- Conducts preliminary vetting of new applicants to determine
next steps in the recruiting process
- Identifies and attracts top level talent by sourcing,
screening, and matching candidates' qualifications to job
openings.
- Develops and executes recruitment methods to proactively search
for a diverse pool of candidates using various recruiting methods
to include, networking/relationship building, social networking
sites, and job board and the internet
- Conducts salary surveys
- Helps elevate social media presence to attract more
candidates
- Screen resumes and refers applicants for all levels of clinical
and non-clinical positions to assigned hiring managers
- Counsels employees and applicants regarding employment
opportunities and the selection process
- Responds to applicants and candidates' questions and
concerns
- Develops candidate slates to present to hiring managers and
work as liaison between candidates, hiring managers and Human
Resources (HR) partners through the full cycle recruiting process
- Influences and guides the interview, offer & hiring process
- Builds and maintains proactive partnerships with all internal
and external client groups in order to understand the business
needs, staffing needs and issues, and offer solutions through
creative and effective sourcing resources and tools
- Builds talent pipelines for immediate and proactive needs
within the business
- Provides frequent communication to hiring managers and provides
consultative perspective on talent
- Serves as the subject matter expert in the recruiting function
and shares best practices; research industry trends, creative
sourcing techniques and how best to integrate these into the Evara
Health process
- Posts open positions utilizing internal and external
avenues
- Updates internal posting job board
- Understands and adheres to government compliance regulations as
it relates to the employment process
- Other duties as assigned
- Strict adherence to all Evara Health, HIPAA, HRSA, State,
Federal and accreditation agency rules and regulations Education
and Experience:
- Minimum three to five (3-5) years recruitment experience,
preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related
