Job Description:

$1,000 Signing Bonus After 90 Days. RUBBER GRINDING OPERATOR SUMMARYUnderstand all aspects of T9 rubber grinding and introduction to Millathane Production.RUBBER GRINDING OPERATOR ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Position forks, lifting platform, or other lifting device under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, boxes, products, and transport load to designated area.Unload and stack material by raising and lowering lifting device.Operate Millathane processing machine; check weights, temperatures, flow rates, and pressures on all components.Correctly pack and label Millathane products with correct lot numbers and Mooney viscosities.Start-up procedure to run the banbury. Understand the pressures and temperatures as well as amperage and flow of the material within.Operate and safely run the rubber compounding mills.Regulate and observe flow of material when operating the Thanecure wet, dry grinder. Be able to read, understand and follow Quality System Procedures.Be trained or have knowledge on the basic chemical operations, like the weighing and mixing of ingredients.Teamwork is essential for TSE's continued success, so Teamwork is an essential function of every employee's job. RUBBER GRINDING OPERATOR SAFETY TRAINING To perform this job successfully, an individual must complete and maintain Safety Training according to the Safety Training Matrix.RUBBER GRINDING OPERATOR QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. RUBBER GRINDING OPERATOR CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSForklift experience preferred.RUBBER GRINDING OPERATOR LANGUAGE SKILLSAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.RUBBER GRINDING OPERATOR MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole number, common fractions, and decimals.RUBBER GRINDING OPERATOR REASONING ABILITYAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
