Lead position for the Finance Transformation team and reports to the Supervisor - Finance, Process Transformation. Partner with Transformation Team Leads (TTL), SME's, Executive Management, GBS Team, and IT to identify, solution, and move forward opportunities to improve Accounting and Finance processes and eliminate time spent on non-value activities. Areas to be reviewed for opportunities are business process improvement and optimization, automation and IT enhancements / projects.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required:

  • Find ways to overcome all constraints and move forward Transformation initiatives

  • Guide the activities of team members reporting directly or indirectly and ensue all policies and procedures are followed

  • Coordinate with business process owners, TTL's, and designated SME's to identify opportunities

  • Provide and maintain a rolling summary of project goals for each fiscal year and a break down by Quarter for areas within responsibilities

  • Participate in the weekly BPA Forums to gain an understanding of other initiatives available to leverage

  • Ensure TTL/SME participation in Daily/Weekly/BI Weekly breakout sessions with Automations in Development

  • Collaborates with supporting organizations

  • Establish business protocol for downtime situations (i.e. automation failures)

  • Ensures project documentation is maintained and leveraged

  • Communicate weekly status updates

  • Audits and reviews content of Azure Dev Ops to ensure accuracy and completeness

  • Facilitates change management

  • Performs additional duties as assigned

Qualifications, Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities and Working Conditions:

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience (5+ years)

  • Project management, IT project management or systems implementation experience

  • Excellent "problem solving" skills, self-starter who applies critical thinking for analysis, evaluation, reasoning and arriving at solutions

  • Attention to detail, organization, accuracy and ability to identify and resolve gaps

  • Knowledge of SAP transactions

  • Intermediate or Advanced MS Office Application user

  • Azure Dev Ops experience preferred

  • Ability to prepare clear and concise documentation

  • Escalates issues to management in a timely manner

  • Possesses strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills

  • Good communication skills, adaptable to change

  • Displays professionalism and teamwork
