Are you comfortable working in a role that will require both
behind the scenes administrative work as well as opportunities that
require you to be more highly visible, interacting with key
leaders/ colleagues and HR partners around the globe? This role is
responsible for maintaining HCM systems, participating in design
and testing of new system enhancements, auditing our systems &
performing system clean-up activities and resolving tier one
inquiries for our global customers.
This role will require assisting users with training,
researching and resolving global mailbox requests, and escalating
more complex issues to the Sr Support staff for resolution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Demonstrated attention to detail and customer service.
Ability to learn and navigate new systems quickly with a passion
for working with systems, data and people.
Build solid effective working relationships as part of a
Use relevant computer system applications at an intermediate/
Triage and resolve or escalate global "tickets" timely and
Assists IT in interface (e.g., ProBusiness, Incentives,
Onboarding) problem resolution.
Prepare / analyze reports and other confidential business
Conducts weekly, monthly and quarterly audits for data
consistency. Provide Global audit responses and associated
Completes data fixes, mass updates and data analysis within
various HR systems.
Execute relevant system changes to accommodate new cost centers,
companies, supervisors, locations, etc.
Supports HR management by providing system training as
Supports HR and Payroll with compensation related audits when
needed (merit, other global job changes).
Perform other Workday functional activities such as building
calculated fields, report configuration, EIBs and system audits
Performs thorough testing of new functionality/ system updates
to ensure performance meets expectations and familiarity to
instruct users/ update support documentation.
Develop and/or configure custom notifications, help text, custom
Create ad hoc reports and schedule as needed.
