Overview: CAES is searching for an experiencedWorkforce Analytics Specialistwho can optimize our existing system investments by shaping and executing our HR data analytics strategy for CAES leadership.CAES has recently implemented Oracle HCM and we have an imperative priority for this role being an effective partner with our Divisional HR community and Corporate office to ensure we deliver meaningful metrics, trends, key insights, and detailed analyses for leadership to enhance forecasting accuracy and improve workforce decision making. The Workforce Analytics Specialist will be a key role working across HR and with key business stakeholders to facilitate discussions on data needs, structure and guide analytical efforts, and to translate findings into presentations and recommendations to drive action. The scope of this role encompasses all aspects of People/Workforce reporting and analytics, including performance management, employment, headcount, DE, policy/program effectiveness, talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation, and succession planning.

Responsibilities: Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses answering key business questions, covering all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including:Lead Deep Dive Analyses cleanse, manipulate, integrate and transform data through a variety of tools to determine trends or address hypothesesPerform research to identify benchmark data for comparisonIncludes the creation of new data collection channels (e.g., external sources, research, surveys)Analyses may range from ad-hoc queries / descriptive stats to statistical modelingMonitor key metrics and understand root causes of changes/trendsHave regular discussions/interactions with HR, leaders, and others to identify the story behind the metrics.Produces end-products for Corporate, Divisional HR and business stakeholders, including:Captures, analyzes, reports, and studies trends within HR using varied business intelligence reporting toolsWorks with HR team members to understand business objectives, develop business requirements documentation, including reporting and data analysisDevelop Influential Visuals and Stories by creating executive level briefing presentations. Develop compelling, logically structured presentationsEffectively translate data collection methodologies and analytical results into stories and presentations that help organizational leaders to understand the opportunities, most impactful findings, and to otherwise inform decision making / action-planningApplies data visualization to surface clear and compelling narrativesPresents findings in easily understood ways to aid in decision makingProduce dashboards and metrics for leadersFacilitate Data-Driven Thinking partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand their workforce-related priorities, translate needs into data questions and analytical projects, and support post analysis action planning and recommendationsProvides thought leadership to convert inputs from stakeholder teams into creative, scalable analytics solutions with measurable impactPresent findings to audiences as requestedIdentify and execute on opportunities to advance our products & services along the analytics maturity curve, improving self-service and process improvement

Qualifications: Minimum:Bachelor's Degree5 + years of experience working in a data analytics environment3 + years of experience with HR data particularly maintaining, understanding, interpreting, and forecasting data3 + years experience performing queries, synthesizing data from diverse sources, developing reports and visualizations for presentationsPreferred:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Math/Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related quantitative fieldPrefer experience building statistical models with people dataPrevious experience building moderate to advanced reports in Oracle Cloud OTBI strongly preferredAbilityto deliver high quality analyses and products within demanding timelines
