We're looking for a Quality Assurance Editor to collaborate with internal teams and external partners on ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of client assets and deliverables. Support the organization with initial and final review of deliverable products, services and proceduresPerform routine reviews, inspections on client documents and files-checking for errors, syntax, formatting information, grammar, capitalization, data accuracy and validation Carry out risk assessments and maintenance of documentation as related to compliance with internal and external quality and regulatory standardsCoordinate with internal departments and external partners to appropriately remedy project deficiencies in a timely manner Perform audits and risk assessmentsProactively identify ways to improve and share recommendations with managementEnsure delivery of all client materials meets quality standardsBuild and perform quality assessments on Landing pages What does it take to do this job?1-2 years experience in Quality Assurance Editing and Writing preferred Highly skilled with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), G-Suite and Salesforce Strong project management skills-Wrike preferredStrong attention to detail Well-versed in the English language - excelling in both written and verbal communication Comfortable working with real-time data needs in a fast-paced environment Experience or willingness to learn about B2B IT technologies, Media, Intent Data products, Marketing Campaigns and Software SolutionsAbility to work independently and as part of a team Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with cross functional teams Must be resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas ***In terms of logistics, all interviews will take place over phone or video due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic***Empathy Statement:Spiceworks Ziff Davis is a safe, inclusive workplace for people of all backgrounds and walks of life.
