Comfort Advisor Role and Responsibility:

 Our team is seeking experienced, motivated sales professionals, looking to excel in our growing organization. Our sales representatives have the opportunity and potential to earn into the six figure range. The sales representative position will consist of analyzing customer needs for HVAC equipment, creating a sales proposal, finalizing the sale, and following up with each customer to ensure complete satisfaction.

Job details of our next Comfort Advisor

• Consultative sales skills and knowledge of selling techniques (e.g., prospecting and assessment of sales opportunities; overcoming objections; closing sales) to influence consumer purchasing decisions?? 
• Professional telephone etiquette, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build customer relationships and provide customer service
• Data entry skills with a computer.
• Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple screens while talking to customers or prospects.
•  Accountability and commitment to quality and quantity of work productivity
•  Attention to detail and ability to operate within a fast-paced work environment
•  Mathematical skill to calculate amounts such as discounts, commissions,  proportions, percentages, area and volume
•  Time management skills, including punctuality for on-time attendance
