POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for the safe and efficient
operation of the shift covering all production departments.
Exhibits good environmental practices and procedures consistent
with job(s) performed and EMS (Environmental Management System)
requirements.NATURE & SCOPE OF POSITION Strict adherence and

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Minimum high school diploma or GED 2 yr.
technical degree or equivalent plus 3-5 yrs. Experience in
manufacturing supervision. Good work ethic with emphasis on safety
and quality. Proficient with measuring equipment.Understand SOP's
relating to department activities. Strong analytical, problem
solving, project management, and organizational skills. Knowledge
of products, equipment, and processes. Proficient in use of
computers and spreadsheet software with experience with business
systems (QAD, Microsoft Office). Strong leadership skills, being a
strategic thinker and having a strong focus on profitability.
Excellent interactive skills. Must be a team developer capable of
fostering a positive team environment. Effective communications
skills are essential-both written and verbal.
