Please see our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Declaration by clicking on the link below: Our Declaration for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion ()Position Summary:The Marketing Assistant supports the Solvere Marketing Department team members on tracking marketing campaigns and initiatives, supporting marketing administrative functions and assisting with design versioning.Essential Job Functions: Works closely with the Director of Digital Services to manage and execute on digital initiatives related to Solvere Living and its communities. Works closely with Solveres Marketing Designer to version creative and manage home office marketing requests. Supports Solvere account managers with miscellaneous administrative responsibilities.Responsibilities Responsible for adding and removing team members and clients from Solvere platforms and software applications such as social media, call tracking software and prospect databases. Manage home office design requests and work with Marketing Designer for creation. Responsible for versioning creative for Solvere communities. Reconciling digital marketing invoices and expense report charges for Solvere Marketing Department. Assist the Director of Digital Services with making minor website edits and updates. Responsible for monitoring Google My Business, Yelp reviews and Google alerts and posting responses as prepared by Managing Director of Marketing Communications. Assist the Director of Digital Services with uploading mail lists, programming and scheduling community enewsletters and eblasts. Assist with collecting images and other assets for video creation. Assist the account managers with uploading creative, mailing lists and managing project boards on company Smart Store. Assist the account managers with managing community calendars and semi-annual market planning. Work with account managers to pull mailing lists for direct mail campaigns. Other duties as assigned.Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in a related field 2+ years experience working in marketing, digital or advertising Strong written communication skills Ability to multi-task and manage several projects at once Ability to meet deadlines Willing to execute day to day tasks and work independently Good entrepreneurial work ethic and a desire to get the job done Some Adobe software experience preferred. Experience with Teamworks or similar tracking software systems Experience with Microsoft Office SuiteIby Jobble
