Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed. - - - - - - - -Enrolls new employees in benefit plans and provides benefits orientation. - - - - - - - -Tracks new hire benefit eligibility and sends reports to clients. - - - - - - - -Performs Plan Audits - - - - - - - -Processes status changes and reviews claims. - - - - - - - -Reconciles carrier invoices and ensures timely payments - - - - - - - -Assists with open enrollment. - - - - - - - -Manage enrollments and determines employee eligibility - - - - - - - -Maintains vendor contact to investigate discrepancies and provide information in non-routine situations. - - - - - - - -Provides vendors appropriate documentation. - - - - - - - -Analyzes employee utilization of current benefits and develops specific recommendations for review by management. - - - - - - - -Assists in preparing materials for new clients and in presenting benefit plan changes to employees. - - - - - - - -Responds to notifications from state agency regarding Medical Support Notices. - - - - - - - -Assists with ACA preparation of documents. - - - - - - - -Maintains employee benefit files and other record keeping.
