This role is based out of our St Petersburg location at 4700 95th St N, St Petersburg. If you're highly organized, comfortable with technology, and ready to be a key player in a growing team we want to hear from you. What Youll Do: Manage Purchase Orders: Place, track, and receive inventory accurately and on time. Warranty & Returns: Process warranty parts, handle vendor returns, and secure credits efficiently. Vendor Relations: Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate for the best pricing and terms. Inventory Control: Maintain stock levels, perform regular counts, and ensure accuracy at all times. Supplier Sourcing: Seek out new vendor options to improve pricing and product availability. Logistics: Coordinate daily order pickups/deliveries; assist with job site deliveries as needed. Physical Tasks: Lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly; stay on your feet and active throughout the day. Technology Use: Utilize Excel and inventory management systems to track orders, parts, and materials.
