Job Description:

Ledgent Technology is seeking a Workday (HCM) System Administrator.This is a hybrid position located in Clearwater, FL. Only local candidates will be considered. All applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future. What you will be doing:Implement and administer the Workday system and associated modules in collaboration with HR and other teamsDevelop solutions and integrations with Workday, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and deploymentDesign and implement integrations with non-Workday systemsCollaborate with project resources for system testing and test script developmentMaintain and support existing integrations, resolving defects and enhancing functionalityCoordinate and align business units to improve efficiencyIdentify and address areas for process improvementProvide security and organizational solutions for business processesDevelop custom and BIRT reports as neededIdentify and resolve technical/functional issuesSupport system functionality testing and issue resolutionLead change management for system rollouts and upgradesIndependently implement enhancements and solutionsManage Workday releases and communicate with stakeholdersStay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologiesLiaise with the Workday user community for best practicesWhat you should bring to the table:5+ years: Experience as a Workday Systems Administrator or similar roleWorkday HCM, system configurations, and integrationsHands on experience with Workday integrationsWriting documents and executing requirements, design, development, and testingExperience with Agile, Six Sigma, and other methodologiesMicrosoft solutions and project management toolsWeb service integrations and Single Sign-On technologiesMonitoring and maintaining integrations between Workday and vendor systemsExperience in Change and Project ManagementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBONUS:Certifications: Workday Pro Integration Administrator, PMP, Six SigmaWe are an equal opportunity employer and make hiring decisions based on merit.
