Job Category: MarketingReq Number: MARKE003055Schedule: Full-TimeLocation: Clearwater, FL, USAOVERVIEW: The position of the Marketing Technology Manager will develop, implement, track and optimize our utilization of marketing technologies and digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. They will have a strong grasp of current marketing technologies and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. This person will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. The Marketing Technology Manager has expertise working directly in marketing automation, CRMs, marketing technology and system / data integrations to meet overarching marketing goals and campaign objectives. The Manager helps to enable the architecture and design of the Marketing infrastructure (across platforms) to optimize digital engagement and execute against marketing strategies. As an organized thinker, the Marketing Technology Manager will dive into the low-level details of a complex project while managing the overall picture of how those details fit into goals and strategies.This person will have the ability to communicate technical details in a way that all partners can understand regardless of technical capability and requires excellent organization, prioritization, attention to detail, and relationship management skills. The Marketing Technology Manager will work with the marketing team, supporting teams, and vendors to deliver solutions on time and on budget.Key Responsibilites and Results: Leads the digital capabilities of the marketing team, providing expertise and insight, for all digital initiatives to optimize user experience and drive contact conversion Manages, leads and oversees the Digital Team and the practices, processes and technologies to ensure a best-in-class integrated digital department Owns and Leads the company's MarTech stack, including the technical systems, operational and marketing processes that create user and business value, in order to clearly communicate and drive the desired outcome of MarTech product work Partners with marketing and business partners to understand business needs and translate those needs into creative solutions with new and existing tools that increase the range of capabilities for the broader Marketing results Plans and executes all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns and measure the effectiveness and results of executed campaigns Oversees the design, build and maintenance of social media presence Works with the Marketing Analyst to measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Identigies trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights Develops, plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience Utlizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners Evaluates emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate Plans and executes digital marketing activities including paid search, display, paid social, and email marketing Be an expert on the company's data assets, marketing technology infrastructure and customer insights Understands customer experience to ensure that our marketing technology and offerings improve that experience Manages the marketing product lifecycle of new features/enhancements from planning to completion as a leader between business partners, technology, agency and vendor teams Stays up to date on and ensure compliance with data privacy laws; manage marketing processes related to data privacy regulations Serves as the business owner for digital properties, applications and systems that support marketing Drives continual digital personalization improvements to increase conversions Skills & Requirements: BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics 5+ Years of experience in a Manager role required 5+ Years of experience in CRM database management or product management, retail experience preferred Strong analytical experience, data / metrics-driven thinker who is deeply empathetic and leads with a customer-centered approach Proven working experience in digital marketing Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate Experience in partnering on the development of APIs, data infrastructure, data-heavy projects and working with technical partners and service providers Experience in Hubspot, CMS Platforms (Sitecore), Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads manager Extensive Google Analytics Experience Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas) Working knowledge of website development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement Self -starter with ability to clearly communicate and execute against strategic initiatives with minimal oversight with great presentation ability of concepts and ideas to others Proficiency in MS Office tools suite (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Excellent time, project / prioritication management and communication skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities with rigorous attention to details and ability to adapt to change Strong project management skills Exceptional creative thinker and leader PM17PI160581016
