Job Description:
Job Summary The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will
serve as a strategic advisor and trusted consultant to management
teams within an assigned business unit. With a focus on aligning HR
practices with business strategy, this role will support a
workforce of approximately 550 employees by delivering integrated
HR solutions in areas such as talent development, organizational
change, diversity initiatives, and employee relations. This
position is based on-site in Orlando, FL and requires a full-time
presence in the office.\n\nResponsibilities:\nServe as a key member
of the business unit's leadership team, bringing an independent HR
perspective to strategic and operational decisions.^Drive the
execution of HR strategies aligned with business goals, acting as a
catalyst for performance improvement and culture
transformation.^Provide coaching and counsel to managers and
employees, accelerating leadership development at all levels of the
organization.^Promote and embed diversity, equity, and inclusion
into hiring, talent development, and career mobility
initiatives.^Consult on organizational effectiveness, employee
engagement, and retention strategies.^Partner with business leaders
to implement talent development plans, manage performance, and
close capability gaps.^Lead or support change management
initiatives in response to organizational evolution or
restructuring.^Provide guidance in the application of HR policies
and resolve complex employee relations issues.^Liaise with HR
Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Shared Services to address
escalated questions regarding payroll, leaves of absence, policies,
and investigations.
