You will have the opportunity to lend your recruiting skills to support the delivery of LPN's, Medical Technicians, Business Office Managers, Wellness Directors, and restaurant/food service-related staff like Servers, Chefs, and Cooks for the senior living communities we serve in Florida.

On Site Work Location Options: Clearwater-Tampa or Ft. Myers, FL

Contract Terms: Contract, Contract to Hire Possible

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00hr W2 "Hourly Paid", + 5 Days PTO

What you'll do:

• Source and screen candidates for various communities
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences
• Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline of top talent
• Use your creativity to come up with innovative recruiting strategies and tactics
  What it takes:
  • A natural born networker with a positive attitude and a can-do spirit
  • The ability to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions to hiring challenges
  • A love of technology and an eagerness to stay up to date on trends and tools in recruiting
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Experience as a recruiter preferred.
  • Healthcare or senior living recruitment experience preferred
