We are seeking a *FULL-TIME IN OFFICE* recruiter to join the Bankers Life team. Responsibilities include calling potential agent candidates, managing resume database, and preparing weekly recruiting reports.

*Key Job Responsibilities*

* Calls potential candidates and sets appointments for interviews
* Pre-contracts new agents and walks them through the onboarding process
* Follows-up with recruits to check on exam and onboarding progress
* Assists in the agent appointment process with the territory office and home office
* Creates reporting to track shows, interviews, and contracts
* Prepares materials for interviews and orientation
* Provides friendly and approachable services to visitors, employees, agents and customers
* Answers phone calls and greets people in a professional manner
* Demonstrated experience in researching, analyzing, and summarizing information

*Job Requirements*

* High School Diploma / GED
* Excellent communication skills both written and oral
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (2+ years experience using Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Proficient in MS Outlook (2+ years experience)
* 1 year call center, telesales, and or recruiting experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
