Job Description:

Attention Homebrewers, Wine Makers, Kombucha Brewers, and Cheesemakers: We are an eCommerce fermentation company with an immediate opening for a customer service/administrative assistant 30-40 hours a week. As we continue to grow, we are looking for someone to join our team and grow with us. The ideal candidate will be a self-starting problem solver with excellent communication and computer skills. We are looking for someone capable of wearing many hats, so they must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks. Fermentation experience is a huge plus, but willing to train the right individual. Being in eCommerce, any background or experience in the field is also a plus, i.e., WordPress, Woocommerce, Amazon, etc. The customer service admin tasks include, but are not limited to: Answering customer service calls and emails Assisting with customer and client requests.
