  • *Pay Based On Experience, Aptitude, And Ability To Jump In At Our Level Of Intensity.* Job Title: Customer Service and Technical Support for Firearm Parts Custom Manufacturer

    Overview: We are seeking an experienced Customer Service and Technical Support representative to join our team at a Firearm Parts Custom Manufacturer. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support. The ideal candidate should have knowledge and experience with firearms, firearm parts, and technical support.

    Responsibilities:
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding product inquiries, technical support, and general questions.
    • Provide technical assistance and support for firearm parts, including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
    • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions, while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
    • Work collaboratively with other departments, including production, engineering, and sales, to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
    • Document customer interactions in our database, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
    • Identify opportunities to improve customer service and provide feedback to management. Requirements:
      • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
      • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in the firearms industry.
      • Knowledge and understanding of firearms, firearm parts, and firearm maintenance.
      • Strong communication skills and ability to handle difficult customer interactions with professionalism and tact.
      • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically to troubleshoot and provide solutions.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
        Physical Demands: This job may require occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds and extended periods of sitting or standing. The job may also require occasional travel to attend trade shows or visit customers.
