Job DescriptionCome join our team at the Front Desk! Do you enjoy working with people as much as, or more than working with animals? Do you have experience with sales, customer service and/or pet care, preferably as a veterinary receptionist? Are you process-oriented with strong attention to detail? Are you able to communicate effectively and clearly with both colleagues and clients? Then we are looking for YOU to complete our team! We are a close and driven team focused on providing excellent client experience and pet care in a safe and clean environment.Responsibilities

• Greet all pet guests and pet parents with enthusiasm
• Ensure all details are accurate and complete for every reservation
• Maintain all client requests for services
• Create positive and long-last relationships with all potential and current clients
• Coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars
• Answer all phone calls in timely manner
• Learn and understand internal computer system to maintain client profiles
• Maintain an organized filing system
• Enter data into reports as needed
• Assisting with pet care - as neededQualifications
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to organize and create orderly systems
