Now hiring 5 Customer Service Agents!Description:This role is
responsible for supporting members with multiple tasks at a time.
The member may need a bill clarified or fixed, while needing a new
appointment scheduled, along with wanting to get enrolled in a
class, etc. This role is responsible for giving a premium customer
service experience for the member. They will receive the inbound
call, and then coordinate between the various departments the
resolution for the member.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Shift
will need to be available between 6:30 AM and 8:00 PM Monday
through SundayTraining is in office - It will be over policies and
procedures, systems, departments, types of calls, physician
referrals, and medical terminology. Experience Level:Entry
