Oversee daily operations in the ICU Trauma Neuro unit. Implement and review healthcare policies and procedures. Manage patient care and ensure adherence to safety standards. Coordinate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Mentor and train ICU nursing staff. Conduct performance evaluations and manage staff development. Address and resolve any issues related to patient care or staff performance. Advanced knowledge of trauma and neurological care. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in healthcare management systems. Ability to handle high-stress situations and make critical decisions.
