Job Description:
LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel
nursing job in Largo, Florida. Job Description & Requirements -
Specialty: Home Health - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/18/2026 -
Duration: 20 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days -
Employment Type: Travel Required skills: Must have infusion
experience. Skilled home care experience- Will not accept private
duty nursing experience only Must have home health experience with
OASIS training and experience. IV skills and wound care. BLS
required. Other requirements: 1 year experience required Must have
valid drivers license and car to make home visits. Must be COVID
vaccinated or with exemption form on file. Must have flu shot or
declination and in both cases mandatory mask wearing at all times
while at work. Based on the needs of the HomeCare office, the
