Position Overview We are looking for a licensed PTA to assist our Physical Therapists in providing high-quality rehabilitation care. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, a passion for patient recovery, and a team-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities • Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans designed by the Physical Therapist. • Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and functional mobility training . • Monitor and document patient progress, responses to treatment, and any changes in condition . • Educate patients and families on continued care, injury prevention, and home exercise programs . • Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive therapy environment . • Collaborate with Physical Therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes . Qualifications • Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program. • Active PTA license in Florida. • CPR certification (preferred). • Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or sports rehabilitation settings is a plus. • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills . • A passion for helping patients regain function and achieve their goals.
