Respond to emails from patients in a professional and patient manner ? Remain agile for performing workflow tasks such as data entry, filling, inventory and shipping ? Under the direct supervision of a pharmacist dispense and package medications accurately and efficiently ? Assist in maintaining Inventory and appropriate labeling of medications ? Patient follow up via phone calls both inbound and outbound and voicemails ? Process refill requests and cancellations ? Assist with shipping and handling when needed ?
