BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking an experienced OR
Registered Nurses to join our outstanding and compassionate float
team. BayCare offers a variety of assignment options including: ·
System Pool- 13-week full time assignment for assigned O.R - unit
provided schedule - block scheduling not available-current
assignments available with Sept 15 and 29th start dates. Seasonal
13-week assignments available November-May which have stipend
option. MUST live greater than 100 miles from facility to be
eligible. The Registered Nurse works in a hospital setting and
independently cares for a group of patients consistently using the
nursing process and clinical standards. Delegates appropriate
patient care activities to other members of the health care team. ·
The registered nurse collaborates and communicates with
inter-disciplinary care providers in developing and assisting in
plan of care. · Organizes and prioritizes and updates plan of care
in collaboration with patient, family, and significant others in
the departments · Identifies patients at risk for injury regarding
diagnosis, medication, procedure, age, etc., and prepares room
environment. · The Registered Nurse performs the role of preceptor

excel. Requirements: · Registered Nurse license · BLS is required.
· ACLS is required · Associates Degree in Nursing · 18 months RN
experience in an acute OR setting is required · 2 years RN
experience in an acute OR setting is strongly preferred · Prior
experience with Cerner EMR strongly preferred · Must have
independent transportation for assignments/shifts ·Flexibility

Varies Status: Pool, Exempt: No Shift Hours: 630am-5pm and
7am-7:30pm Weekend Work: Occasional On Call: Yes How often will
