This is an outstanding opportunity to provide comprehensive women’s health services while training and mentoring future providers in a supportive, community-focused environment. Position Highlights: - Team-Based Model: Collaborate with 6 experienced OBGYN physicians and 8 advanced practice providers - EMR System: EPIC used system-wide for streamlined and integrated care - In-Office Care Model: Practice at three strategically located sites - Schedule: - Daily Schedule Load: 26 appointments - Expected Patient Visits: ~18 per day (accounting for no-shows) - Weekday Call: One weekday call every 6–8 weeks; no weekend call - Faculty Role: Involvement in mentoring and clinical teaching as part of our growing educational mission Incentives & Benefits: - HPSA Score: 17 – eligible for federal student loan repayment programs - Comprehensive Coverage: Includes medical malpractice and tail coverage - Retirement Plan: 403(b) with employer contributions - Additional Benefits: Generous PTO, CME allowance, health/dental/vision insurance, and more Make a lasting impact while enjoying a rewarding career in a vibrant coastal community.
