We think you're going to love it here. /n/n /n/n What Awaits You? /n/n /n - Free onsite parking /n - Career growth and development /n - Tuition Assistance /n - Diverse and collaborative working environment /n - Comprehensive and affordable benefits package /n /n/n /n/n Position Summary: The Cardiovascular Technologist is a member of the Cardiac Cath/ Electrophysiology (EP) team and works alongside the EP Cardiologist or Interventional Cardiologist and Registered Nurse to deliver direct patient care, before, during and after interventional/diagnostic cath lab and EP cases. The incumbent of this position will be able to function in all three rolls (scrub, circulator assists, and recorder) in all interventional/diagnostic cath lab cases and be able to function as a scrub and circulator assist in all EP cases and be able to operate the equipment in the cath lab. /n/n /n/n Qualifications: /n/n -Associates’ Degree in Health Science (cardiovascular technology, radiologic technology, or ultrasound) or /nCardiovascular Technologist Certification required. Work experience may be substituted for Associates’ /nDegree, where 2 years of experience equal 1 year of education. /nOR /n-Radiology Technologist with current certification and current registration as a radiographer by the American /nRegistry of Radiologic Technologist with a current Florida State License will also be accepted. /n/n -1 year of cardiac cath / EP lab experience preferred /n-Certified as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology /nSpecialist (RCES), Cardiac Interventional Radiographer (CI), Cardiovascular Interventional Radiographer /n(CV), or Vascular Interventional Radiographer (VI) preferred /n-ACLS/PALS/BLS within one year of hire /n/n /n/n Shift: Full-Time, Day shift, 7a-5:30p (4-10 hour shifts per week), Weekend work and call is required. /n Salary Range: Minimum 33.20/hour - Maximum 53.13/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
