Our Brands Responsibilities: The Psychsocial Rehabilitation Supervisor delivers high-quality, best practice clinical care, ensures documentation is completed in accordance with payer requirements, state licensing regulations, COA, and HCA standards, and supports marketing efforts to generate new referrals. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Communicate with customers, colleagues, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, and address complaints/concerns. Develop Recovery Support Plans with the input of the client, treatment team and the Clinical Supervisor. Provide group social building and skill building as outlined in the Recovery Support Plan based on IMR evidenced based curriculum. Implement Health Connect America approved therapeutic interventions as delineated on the treatment plan with clients and their families. Complete all client documentation within established time frames. Work closely with therapist who serves as supervisor of PSR to ensure curriculum is implemented. Attend and actively participate in weekly Treatment Team meetings. Do a monthly schedule of activities following the evidenced based curriculum of Illness Management and Recovery (IMR). Link the client and family with specific services and resources as identified in the Individual Service Plan and RSP. Serve as a liaison with other professionals and agencies related to the client. Actively recruit new referrals to ensure that your program succeeds. Ensure compliance with all state regulatory bodies & COA standards. Participate in and complete all assigned training and professional development activities, including E Learning courses. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human services discipline, including, but not limited to: Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Criminal Justice. Must be eligible to hold a MS DMH credential (PCCSS or CCSS credential). Be Well with HCA: We recognize the importance of self-care and work/life balance.
