As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dental care to our patients. You will be responsible for performing a variety of dental hygiene procedures to promote oral health, prevent disease, and maintain healthy teeth and gums. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough oral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients Perform prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance procedures Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide sedation as needed Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide oral health instruction Take and develop dental radiographs Maintain accurate and complete patient records Assist the dentist with dental procedures as needed Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment Continuously stay up-to-date with the latest developments in dental hygiene and attend continuing education courses as required Qualifications: Registered Dental Hygienist with current state licensure Injection certified- preferred not required Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a dental hygienist Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Knowledge of dental software and technology Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Commitment to providing exceptional patient care If you meet the qualifications listed above and are looking for a challenging and rewarding career in dental hygiene, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
